Remote events are a popular, sustainable way of engaging your audience. When speakers and attendees cannot gather in person, a properly produced remote event, planned correctly, and delivered to a high standard is a great option. 


While most people are comfortable using traditional video conferencing software for meetings and smaller events, a fully-produced remote event with customised graphics displaying your branding can elevate the experience for the attendees and speakers taking part.

Presenter Onboarding

Testing connections and walking presenters through the process of participation step-by-step is a key element of preparation that ensures the event runs smoothly

AV Technical Operation

Our personnel work to ensure that all technical aspects are taken care of during the event, such as vision mixing, audio engineering and presentations

HD Recordings

You will receive HD recordings of the event that are edited into segments for easy delivery to websites, social media and other content delivery networks

Graphics Development

Our graphics design team will work with you to develop the visual design elements of the platform and the Main Stage live stream

Sponsor Integration

Your sponsor's logos and website links can be integrated across the platform and within the Main Stage live stream graphics

Event Management

We stay closely in touch with you during the event to manage  timings of segments, over runs and moderation of attendee questions from the platform

Event Analytics

Remote attendees will visit the Main Stage to view the live stream of keynote presentations, panel discussions, fireside chats and other live event content

On-Demand Content

Event Content (such as videos and documents) can be displayed and accessed at any time during the event via the On-Demand Content Hub

Registration Portal

Registering to join the event is easy and intuitive on your event's informative and customised registration portal microsite

Event App

For in-person attendees at a Hybrid Event, participation with activities occurring on the platform is made simple by utilising our mobile app

Breakout Sessions

Breakout sessions can be created to run concurrently so that attendees can choose specific content and which sessions they wish to attend

Chat, Q&A and Polls

Attendees can interact and engage with the entire audience and speakers by utilising the live chat, Q&A and polls within the event platform

Email Reminders

Event reminders such as "One day until the event begins!" will be sent from the platform to remind attendees to participate on the event day

Scheduled Meetings

Attendees can schedule a meeting with other event attendees, either in-person at Hybrid Events or via video chat at Remote Events

1-to-1 Networking

The Networking area is the place for all attendees to participate in automated, virtual one-on-one meetings


If enabled, your attendees can interact with other platform integrations such as Twitter,, Mentimeter and many more

Early Access

If enabled, your attendees can join the event Reception Room early to update their profile, schedule meetings and join the pre-event chat

Event Agenda

Attendees have quick and easy visibility of the event agenda, as well as the ability to save specific segments to a personal agenda for in-event reminders

Expo Hall

Attendees can have direct access to sponsors by visiting fully-customised booths of varying sizes where sponsors can display videos, literature and interact live with attendees

Direct Messaging

Direct Messaging is available for attendees to reach out to other event attendees before and during the event




Through our presenter workshops, we deliver tailored training to your speakers to improve their presentation to camera skills. 

Becoming comfortable in front of a camera whether it’s for a remote event or for a hybrid event can be difficult. We teach our clients the skills and tools they need to be able to present with confidence based on our work with many of Ireland’s best known TV presenters. 

We will bring our AV equipment, materials and cameras to your own premises and we customise the training to your speakers and your organisation.
